I started with a square (maybe diamond?) clasp, took 10mm black and white polka dot beads, 2 kinds of silver spacers, black & white seed beads, 8mm black cube beads, and 6mm black round beads. Necklace also has a "tail". This necklace is meant to be longer, so it's 27" long, not including the 2.5" tail.
